  • E-1 light

    There's been some discussion lately about the special qualities of the Kodak sensor on the E-1. This is a jpeg straight out of the camera. I love the way that the E-1 captures the subtleties of light in shots like this.



    Actually I'd forgotten that I'd taken this. Found it some time later when I was reviewing shots before wiping the card.

    Lovely capture, yes E-1 images do capture something magical about light & colour. Mine seems to cope with the subtleties of light better than my E-620. I found it is the perfect companion for night photography, better WB and colour rendition. For something that's long in the tooth (in DSLR terms) it's the trusty 'old timer' that will always find that patch of gold.
