E-M5 and 12-50 firmware update

Just to let you know there are firmware updates available for both the E-M5 and the 12-50 lens. I used the Olympus Update software which worked fine.

Interesting, the 12-50 in the box with the latest E-M5 I have does not appear to have a firmware upgrade pending. It says it's a version 1.0. Do your 12-50 lenses now have 1.1 firmware?

Update - it looks like you need to update the body first for some reason. After I did that the lens 1.1 update became available.

Yes, that's what the instructions intimated. Before you do the body it just puts a query on the lens update.
