Help!!

Hi Folks
Hope you can help me solve this frustrating predicament that I just can't get my head around.
Keep thinking its something simple so here goes.

I like to bracket and blend my images so that I have a full range of tones rather than use filters.
I'm mainly a landscape photographer so Av is my mode of choice but I also like to use Manual Mode.
Here I can use the Live Histogram to see, on screen, the adjustments made to a particular area.
In Manual mode my Live Histogram doesn't change at all so I have no way of knowing how my image looks until I preview the image.
The Live Histogram works perfectly well in M mode on my E-M10 so I'm wondering why not on my E-M1??

Hi

Just a thought, when the camera is in M mode is the "live view boost" set to on.
Under cog D live view boost.

It was set to on1 but switching it off cured it - RESULT!!

The Live View Boost settings were changed in the last big firmware upgrade. There wasn't really anything to warn us, and the default changed to "On" in some modes. It caught me out, too.

I think the change came about with the addition of the "Live View Boost 2" setting in V3.1 that the upgrade info mentions but doesn't say anything about.

I had the same problem, even with flash, with my EP-2 but have not noticed it with my EM-1.
