Is my IS working, only it doesn't make a noise.
The fist thing I noticed with my previous cameras, E-M5, E-M5II and E-M1 was that the IS made a noise, most comforting it was.
My new E-M1 MkII appears to be silent where IS is concerned.
In my case the camera body is silent with a normal non stabilised lens attached. But both of my lenses with image stabilisation the 12-100mm and especially the 300mm certainly make a noise.

Reason: typo
no idea - so I just put mine to my ear and operated the focus... and yes it makes the tiniest of noises, which I couldn't hear when the camera was in it's normal position at the eye!

Too much Oly gear.
Panasonic 8-18 & 15.
Assorted legacy lenses, plus a Fuji X70 & a Sony A7Cii.
Should be easy enough to check, take some shots at really slow shutter speeds with and without IS turned on. Hopefully the diffrence in the number of sharp shots will confirm whether or not IS is working.
