Focusing using touch screen

Is it possible to set up the camera to allow just focus on the touch screen rather than focus and shoot?

Tap the ‘Touch screen’ icon on the rear screen to cycle through a variety of choices, which include ‘focus only’ (which looks like a screen with a finger touching it).
