From a quaility point of view probably the 12-60 it also has the best range and the faster SWD focus motor, but it is nt optimised for the live view autofocus mode. The 14-54 has just been re-launched as a mkII with closer focusing and optimised live view focusing. The 14-42 is very compact but has less range and is slower giving a darker view but is optimised for live view. I guess depending on your budget the first 2 should best suit the E-30, personally I would go for the extra range of the 12-60.
