Why do they design body jackets/cases for camera where you have to unscrew the tripod screw & remove the jacket to access the battery/SD card compartment? It drives me nuts! π± I'm sure they could be designed with a little access 'port' or something. It's so annoying π€
I know I could leave the jacket off, but I'm trying to protect my camera.

Fair point. But remember the good old days when a cell battery would last a few months as all it had to do was move a needle in the viewfinder.

I have the same rant with tripod mounting plates, only on my Olympus E cameras with battery grips can I change a battery without having to remove the plate. HumBug, bah !!

the slipperiness I refer to is the shiny casing of the e-pm1... I havenβt managed to find a battery grip for that model, if I could Iβd swap to that π
