Does anyone have any tips for a handy depth of field ready reckoner that I can take into the field for calculating things like hyperfocal distance?

I have a laminated card for a what I consider a common set of distances, apertures and focal lengths. Anything different and I go for a "straddle" approach.
I used Excel and the following website which was recommended a while back on this forum.
Evidently mobile technology has moved on from the last time I needed to take DoF information with me...
