  • HELP! Leather case for the OM-D EM5 Mk II

I am looking for a particular leather case for OM-D cameras that I saw on e-bay a few months ago but I cannot find it now. It is nothing like Olympus' own leather case available easily or the various cheaper Chinese cases all over e-bay. The one I saw was specifically designed to take the OM-D with one of the two 17mm lenses only and looked very retro with a front circular 'blister' to accommodate the lens. As I plan to leave the Olympus 17mm f1.8 lens on the EM5 II body as the "in-house" lens, I am very interested in finding that case. The trouble is that I have searched e-Bay and iOffer till the cows came home without luck. I cannot remember who was selling that case.

Can anyone please help? I'll be very grateful.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for... but worth a try.

Thanks, but no. Those leather cases are available all over Amazon and especially E-bay in various hues. The one I saw was a couple of years ago on E-bay which was specifically designed ofr the OMD EM5 with a small lens like the 17mm f2.8 pancake in situ. The front part had an old fashioned rounded protrusion to allow room for the lens and the top part had the same kind of space for the viewfinder/hotshoe part (which your case has too).
