Happy to say I now have all my micro 4/3 lenses snug in Olympus cloth.
So to save you the hunting, if you want a soft cloth draw string case, they are listed below. All lenses fit with their lens hood attached.
For lenses I don't have you can quickly do a comparison to see which case will suit.
LSC-0170: 17mm F2.8, Fisheye (that attaches to 14-42II)
LSC-0814: 12mm, 45mm, 14-42mm
LSC-0816: 60mm macro, 9-18mm, 14-150mm
LSC-0918: 12-50mm, 40-150mm, Lensbaby (Composer)
LSC-1022: 75-300mm
