Godox all the way.... plenty options and work exceptionally well. A TT350o if you want small and light and don't need so much power. TT685o if you want larger and more powerful.
I've got the TT685o & AD200 with X-Pro trigger and can't fault any of it.

Re: So, who wants to recommend me a Flash?
Thanks all. I realised after @shenstone's response that I already own an FL36R. I also remember it being a struggle to set up every time I used it (dial this while pressing that to get remote TTL working, if I recall). Anyway, this gives me a plan:
1. Get the old flash working (will Google tutorials and find a copy of the manual).
2. Also get the more powerful Godox plus wireless commander. The Neewer, for my Sony, looks like a rip off of the Godox (who'd have thunk that? The Chinese ripping each other off) so I expect the Godox to be very easy to use.

I use mine daily. I take out of my bag, switch it on and it works RC TTL. You get it there first via the Mode button on the gun. (Screen shows C top right and C I C bottom left).Originally posted by Internaut View PostThanks all. I realised after @shenstone's response that I already own an FL36R. Camera Menu 2 need RC Mode On
In Super control Menu I set mine for fill flash
Flash menu: access via Info and OK buttons. For A select TTL and (flash symbol)/FP. I set mine for fill flash
Do this for each mode you use e.g. Aperture Priority and Manual.
You can move between the two screens (SCM and flash) via OK and Info buttons.
This may be familiar to those who use such units on the hot shoe. When it is on the hot shoe, turning the camera off or on does the same for the flash. This does not happen when RC is used.
