Cuba 281 - Shirt off your back

The traditional Cuban Guayaberas on sale in this little shop were 40 plus! I had googled about these shirts and how they could be made to measure for you during your stay and the cost. Like taking coals to Newcastle I managed to find several in mint condition on eBay for 3 or 4 before I went and took them with me. They were greatly admired by the locals, I assume because they assumed I had bought them in Havana! I gave them away as presents before we left. One particularly nicely embroidered one to Cesar Vega the professional photographer at Bruillo Photography in Empedrado Street.

Spot the shirt on his desk, along with my rocket blower and lens pen, as he rolls up a couple of photos he gave to me in "exchange" on our last afternoon. A genuinely nice guy.
