Are the streets swept every night, they always look so tidy?
It's a funny setup. As a communist country anyone who wants a state job can have one and street sweepers are a large force in Havana. The other side of coin is that everything gets thrown into the street if it's not wanted. No work goes on at night as it is quite dark due to the lack of street lighting, but the sweepers start at dawn.
