I've always had a soft spot for old VW's and would love to own a Karmann Ghia.

They cost a fortune to buy and restore over here, any idea how much they sell for in Cuba?

About the same price as here believe it or not! Either way it is not possible to export an old car from Cuba.

Ghias are ripe for Subaru conversions - loads of space in the engine bay.

They were marketed as The VW for people who don't like VWs. Nice to see a hard top rather than a soft top one.
