    The street shoe repairers ("Zapatero") are a hardy bunch but also some of the poorest workers, and they don't have too much to smile about, just imagine the smell!



    Shoes in Cuba are the same price as here, expensive for people living on a $ a day.
    My smelly (but new for the holiday) gifted Skechers seemed to cheer him up!

        I've said it before, it's the compassion for your subjects and genuine interest in their lives that makes you such a great photographer.
