What I really like is that you don't just get in close amongst the action but you engage with your subjects and make the effort to find out what they are doing and a little bit about their lives. You then somehow manage to convey this to your audience with the single press of a button. I think that this is pretty much the definition of a great photojournalist. You may not want to give up your day job but, unlike many of us, you probably could.

"Not much is wasted".
so different to our throw away living we have grown so used to to. It should be a crime the amount of good food that is thrown out
have to ask; how much would those slow cookers in the window cost there. Got mine on ATM

I don't know, but I expect it would equate to 2 or 3 months wages for the average Cuban ($75). It would be seen as a luxury item. There is a restriction on the current draw of most electrical items in Cuba to keep the power requirement as low as possible. Most "ordinary" people cook on oil/paraffin fired stoves, they buy the fuel by the 5ltr can and you have to order it in advance!
