Cuba operates Russian military aircraft, although this old bird is stuck on the ground in the Museum of the Revolution in Havana. I believe it is an American Vought-Sikorsky Kingfisher, probably captured and proudly displayed like the U2 spy plane they shot down or what's left of it!
