  • Cuba 62 - Cuban Hummingbird

    I wasn't setup for wildlife shooting as I had only taken the old 40-150mm R lens due to concerns over weight and having to carry all my gear all of the time. So I was quite pleased with this result @150mm, 1/60th and F8, the other 300 were all blurred!

    Tiny, but stunning colours.

      Wow! What an exquisite creature, Andrew - that 'brushed on' iridescent viridian look is a real head turner.

      Brilliantly caught regardless of your set up.

        The cheap 40-150 never disappoints. It's a lovely image.

          It did really depend on how the light caught it, in the right light it was fantastic. This shows it off better but is a big crop....
