Re: Cuba 50 - Dawning light in B+W
Seeing the streets deserted, and in B&W, creates a whole new mood. The dog turd on the pavement is one thing that has the depressing familiarity of home. I hope you found it before it found you!

[QUOTE=Beagletorque;345574] Poop-a-scoop is unheard of in Cuba QUOTE]
Sounds like a great business opportunity for a shrewd entrepreneur - or do the Cubans already get enough s**t from their government!

Oh there's no doubt about that, I'm sure they would grab the "opportunity" with both hands!Originally posted by Beagletorque View PostI'm sure if there was money to be made from it someone would snap it up!

The angle/lean is not doing it for me but its probably mostly that next to #2 it just loses out.Originally posted by Beagletorque View PostThanks for the comment Alf, what do you think is lacking in the 1st?OMD E-M1ii MMF3 8-25 f4 Pro 40-150 f2.8 pro MC-14 12-40 pro 14-42 EZ 9-18 f4.0 -5.6 40 -150f4-f5.6 R Laowa 50mm f2.8 macro Sigma 105 f2.8 macro Holga 60mm plastic Holga pinhole lens lens and an OM2sp

Re: Cuba 50 - Dawning light in B+W
I like the change of mood very much. Those street lights in #4 are almost identical to the ones on the promenade in Douglas, IoM! (Do you think they stole them from there...?
)
If #1 were straightened (horizon) and a bit - not too much - perspective correction, it would also be a very nice shot. Also #4 could do with some perspective correction.
#3 does it for me.
Thanks.
