  • Cuba 44 - On the sea wall

The Malecon and the wall along it plays host to Cuban goings on throughout the day. There is always something of photographic merit.

The trombone boys ask you where you come from as you walk past and then play your national anthem in the hope of getting a tip.

    Fishing is mandatory.

    Parking is free.

There's always somewhere to lean your bike.

And a mate to chat to. There was a fish wrapped in that towel.

Again a magnificent set, Andrew. You know I can't but feel a sense of envy of the Cuban's lifestyle, regardless of their "poverty" they appear happy and content. Well that's the impression that your pictures give.

I'm sure the rum helps, and the cigars!

Spooky - you took the words right out of my mind. I was about to post something very similar!
