Despite having a pretty good vantage point from the top of the Bacardi building, where the last pano was taken, I could not help but feel a little jealous of the guy looking out over Havana on the scaffolding of the Capitolio. What a fantastic Pano that would make from the top of the scaffolding, may be next time!

I wouldn't envy him too much, I wonder what the safety record is like in the Cuban construction industry?

On the bigger projects funded by UNESCO they appear to be pretty hot. Generally there is no Health and Safety, I went up the bell tower of the Catholic Cathedral unescorted and there was precious little hand railing on the stairs and I walked right out on the bulwarks which were totally unguarded, fun but not safe!
