Street or Peso (because it usually costs only 1 or 2 National Pesos - 1 NP = 1/24th of a Tourist or Convertible Peso which = 1 US dollar in value) food is a very common site around Havana. This photo shows the high end vendor with a pukka trolley and bagged goods! More usually you see a poor old boy with a knackered pushchair selling something his wife has just cooked up to make a few extra pesos. The guy in the wheelchair is unrelated to the vendor, although also a common site, he just asks for a few peso as you walk past and all the ones I encountered were remarkably good humoured. He looks pretty well off compared to many others "begging" all around Havana.
