Olympus are going to be at Ascot races on Fri 18th with cameras for people to try, so Claire said at the Go wild event yesterday and they did have some spare tickets, she said to contact Olympus imagespace for tickets

I am sure Ian is working behind the scenes Olympus are having a OMD E-M 1 mk 2 day in Conns in Dublin on 24th November. That will stop me complaining that Ireland is left out.

Now I am back to square one, odds are this may change my mind?

Re: Upcoming events which may include the EM1 II

            Hi Guys,

Just going off track here, a colleague of mine visited an event in the NW and posed the question to the rep before placing an order... will this body help us who want to capture fast sports, BiF etc be much improved than the existing top line system body? The Olympus rep said his question had a valid point! And would pass it on.

Olympus is sending photographers to far flung destinations for nice landscape images and posing people etc, we all know that this can be achieved already. These images are pointless to us that want to photograph sports, BiF etc.

So has any one seen any sample images from these particular sports/Bif photographic situations with the new MK2 body?

Even if they sent a photographer to a local park lake to do some Gulls in flight and shows that the new MK2 will give higher consistent results with the wildlife/sports suited lenses ie, 40-150 f2.8 with converter and the 300 f4 with converter that would be Super.

If any of you guys go to a preview would be worth posing this Very important question as my friend did.

If this is in the wrong thread please delete.
            Many Thanks,

            Thomas.

Make sure you have the getaway car ready outside with the engine running.
