Your dogs are not the only ones. My sheltie (10 years old) is in an even worse state of spring grooming. His hair is far too long!
Love your dogs by the way!

Wilma

Very nice Wilma, yeah they are a lot of work but they are also wonderful dogs. I can see that he is getting up in years, they say their life span is 12 to 15 years. We had a Albino Pekingese, seen as my avatar we had him for 16 years.

You are right, shelties are very good dogs. The only negative thing is that they bark a lot, but on the other hand it keeps the burglars away!
Our dog is indeed getting older. He sleeps a lot (is however still very active during walks). He used to follow me everywhere around in the house, but nowadays he seems not to bother and prefers to stay where he is. It is a part of getting older unfortunately. Your Pekinese reached a respectible age! Hope my dog will be as old as he was!
Regards,
Wilma
