Bushy Park Kestrels - OM-1 with 150-400 Zuiko Pro

If you're anywhere near Bushy Park it is so worth a visit! On the same day that I photographed Dragonflies and the Cormorant and the Carp (see separate posts) I also had a lot of fun photographing a couple of beautiful Kestrels.

Super set mike .. I do find that the more crowded the enviroment I.e cities the easier it is to get to birds. As they are more acclimatised to people

I'd concur with that. There are lots of kestrels in the fields near us but they really keep their distance. Nevertheless, these are super photos and next time I'm in Hemel I'll try to make time for a visit to Bushy Park as it's not that far.

Hmmmm I’ll assume that it’s a user name same as my blackfox .. throw back to the first days of the interwebby thing ..mine derives from my favourite film “ the court jester” starring Danny Kaye .. and the main character the blackfox Plus the song from the film “ you’ll never outfox the fox “ ..just stuck over the years 🦊
