    Deference
    Humility
    Shame
    Grief

    Abasement
    Reverence
    Servitude
    Sorrow

FOUND IN A DARK CORNER OF THE WOODS, THESE GUYS KNOW THEM ALL

But don't ask me who they are - they made me so miserable that I can't remember

    Possibly Bearded Orchids?

    Or maybe one of these:

Harold must be our resident botanist. He did well.

No sign of her at all, but yes, her empathy for apes and bearded orchids well might help!

Yes Ross, you're right, Pterostylis hispidula I'm now sure it is.
Would love to return to see it develop but I doubt that I could find it again.

Re: A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words

Thanks Mike, like you, I don't care about names, something is what it is.
I'm interested only in whether a subject will make a beautiful picture.
Labels are for those that need to confer identity.
Indeed, if we humans were nameless, we could just call each other, "mate".
But then governments being what they are would simply continue numbering us.

Re: A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words

Sure I used CS3 to crop, size and format, nothing "blobby" in that .. having nothing to hide, exif is left intact - unlike some I might add ...
