  • Birds Wavelength ?

The Fairy Tern is quite rare I believe - a grabshot of one very high up in a tree

Can you see a Fairy Tern here ? Wavelength 1

    Wavelength 2

    Wavelength 3

It was HOT, HOT, HOT 34 and 86% Humidity, lucky we were on holiday, I could not have worked in that heat - I was sitting under some trees on the beach, enjoying the light breeze - sadly unknowing - I was getting wind burn

Gazing out to sea, enjoying the Islands about us - I noticed that these "spurts of liquid" as people here create "in studio" droplets or pouring "something" for photo effect - were HAPPENING here - courtesy of Mother Nature ! I am quite chuffed with these "Wavelengths"

Hard waves rising up the bank of the beach, lifting the sand with them - seeming to be Cappuccino ! What was I on ?

    Enjoy !

    That's a beautiful little bird!
And those wave shots are really something--I go a bit nuts when nature hands me subjects like that, lose all track of space and time, only recover my poise a few hundred shots later.

Stewart, Thank You for you kind comments ! I to really go "very relaxed" and lose track of time when "with nature"

          Re: Birds Wavelength ?

          Hi Chevvyf1,

I like the wavelength shots. I could see those on a canvas print, on the wall in a sea side cafe somewhere or for a magazine holiday article backdrop.
