    Yes he was with me every day, he still did not like posing right up to the end. He was well practised at turning his head away at the focus beep!

    I know what it's like Ed and you have sympathy.

    We still get flashes of sorrow when something triggers memories of Molly and she died several years ago. Bruno and Lulu have filled the gap but no disrespect to them they will never be the same as Molly who was a very special gentle giant.

    The kids, don't know why I keep calling them that still, all miss her as they grew up with her. That can never be replaced only fondly remembered.

    I'm sorry for you & know how it feels. My son wanted his own dog but we had to put up with the pup growing up here (& is still here) & he quickly filled the hole left behind from Jake when he had to make that last visit to the vet.
