    nope not the camera the time had come to trade in the mobile mondeo hide .. getting to old and stiff in the joints to get in and out with ease ,plus the extreme slope on the windows limited movement .. it's going to be replaced by a nice Honda CR-V which is a nicer fit for my stature 😎

    Hope you get a good colour, I had a silver one which would have made a good rolling hide.....:-)

      I would have thought that the new Honda CR-V would have been just a bit better suited to negotiating some "rough stuff" in your way to take photos of birdies. About five years ago, I was in a similar position and opted for a Subaru Forester. No regrets!

        A higher more comfortable sitting position in relation to the windows , bigger wider windows to for more movement in all directions and if needed in the summer I can drop the rear seats put a inflatable mattress in the back for a overnight stop
